Mix 1 tablespoon into 8-12 ounces of water then CHUG. You do not sip this. You drink, Drink, DRINK it QUICKLY! It is supposed to bulk up in your stomach (to give you a *full* feeling) and bulk up in your colon (to clean you out). If you cannot drink quickly, or are easy to choke, take fiber in pill form. I take NOW Psyllium Husk Powder every morning in my breakfast shake. It definitely helps me to keep full feeling. There is a *new* diet pill out there that you take before each meal. The base ingredient of that *diet* is FIBER POWDER. Why pay an outrageous amount of money for extra *fluff* you don't need. BUY PSYLLIUM HUSK POWDER! For dieters, stir 1 Tablespoon of PHP into 8-12 ounces of water. Drink quickly! Do this 15-30 minutes before each meal. You'll eat less, it hastens food absorption and keeps you regular. Also, for you late night eaters, you can easily take another tablespoon of powder in water late at night! It won't give you the jitters or keep you up all night. It is all natural.
