I've used many fiber products over the years, and this is a good one. Some others clump and make me gag when I drink them (or attempt to) in the morning. This one dissolves into the water quite well, though you need to drink it fast so it won't congeal. There's not really a taste, so I don't bother with juices and trying to make it taste like dessert.
