I bought this item on what the seller's description said it would do. I am disabled and cannot be very active. I needed some fiber supplement to help me with, well you know. I have been taking this product for over a week now and I see no difference at all. I take it as the directions say and after a week, you think one would see a difference. well nope. In my opinion, I wasted my money and I would not recommend anyone else to buy this product.
