This item is hard to find in stores. I paid much less at this site. I also use the encapsulated form for traveling and the powder form in smoothies. It works best for me to put it in a shaker and drink it quickly or it gets thick and slimy,like nasal discharge. Clean out your container right away to prevent it from sticking on the edges. I use 2 teaspoons 3-6 times a day to help get rid of nasty recycled bile which causes ulcers in the stomach and small and large intestines. It can help get rid of bloating and gas.
